Milbe Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before You Play

01. General Terms

By using the Milbe website and its associated services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using Milbe's services.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Milbe and you (the member). They apply to all services, platforms, applications, and content provided by Milbe.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. The laws of the country where Milbe's head office is located also apply to these terms.

02. Account Registration

A valid account registration is required to place bets on Milbe. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

• A maximum of one account per person is allowed.
• The name, address, and date of birth provided at registration must be accurate.
• Registering with false information may result in permanent account closure.
• It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password secure.
• Transferring or sharing your account with anyone else is not permitted.

Milbe reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Identity documents may be required before a withdrawal is processed.

03. Age Restriction

Betting services on Milbe are strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Use of the Milbe platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

• Accurate age verification details must be provided at the time of registration.
• Milbe may request proof of age at any time.
• Registering with a false age will result in account termination and forfeiture of all winnings.
• It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to keep minors away from betting.

04. Betting Rules

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on Milbe. Violations of these Terms & Conditions may result in bet cancellation.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Milbe reserves the right to void any bet recorded at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Any bet closed before the match begins will be considered void.
• Milbe is not responsible for any issues arising from network delays during live betting.
• The maximum stake per bet is set by Milbe and is subject to change.

05. Deposits & Withdrawals

Milbe supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method.
• Withdrawals may take 1–5 business days to process.
• Milbe has no authority to withhold withdrawals without valid reason.
• Milbe may initiate a verification process for any suspicious transactions.

06. Bonuses & Promotions

Milbe regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated alongside the offer.

• Specified wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• A maximum bet limit applies to bets placed using bonus funds.
• Milbe reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

07. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Milbe platform and will result in permanent account closure.

• Participating in match fixing or any form of fraud.
• Attempting to hack an account or gain unauthorized access.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of the bonus system.
• Threatening or harassing other members.

08. Responsible Betting

Milbe believes betting should be entertainment — not a burden. That's why we place great importance on responsible betting practices.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: You can pause your account at any time, from 30 days up to a permanent break.
• If you notice signs of addiction, our support team is ready to help.
• If Milbe detects signs of problem gambling on an account, it will proactively alert the member.

09. Account Suspension & Closure

Milbe may temporarily or permanently suspend a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• Upon the member's own request.

Before closing an account, the member will be notified by email and given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance — unless the closure is due to fraud.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with Milbe, please contact our support team first. We always aim to resolve issues amicably.

• Dispute claims must be submitted within 30 days of the incident.
• Server records and logs will be treated as definitive evidence.
• Our support team will provide an initial response within 7 business days.
• If a resolution cannot be reached, neutral third-party mediation is available.

11. Privacy

Milbe takes your personal data seriously. We do not sell your information to third parties.

• Member information is used solely for service delivery and security purposes.
• Information may be disclosed to authorities where required by law.
